This privacy policy applies to WorkDiary (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by Ankit Raj (hereby referred to as "Service Provider"). This service is intended for use "AS IS".

In short: WorkDiary does not collect your data. Everything you write stays on your device. There are no accounts, no analytics, and no advertising.

The Application does not obtain, transmit or receive any personal information. Registration is not required and there is no sign-in. The Service Provider does not operate a server that receives your diary content and has no way to read it.

The following is stored only in the Application's private storage on your device, and is never transmitted to the Service Provider or to anyone else:

— Your entries: dates, work hours, descriptions, notes and next-day plans
— Categories you assign to entries
— Photos you attach
— PDF documents you attach
— Your reminder settings and streak history

If iCloud Backup is enabled on your device, this data may be included in your own encrypted device backup. That backup belongs to you and is governed by Apple's privacy policy, not this one.

The Application requests camera access only when you tap Camera to attach a photo, and access to specific photos or PDF files only when you choose them yourself. It never browses your photo library or files on its own. Items you pick are copied into the Application's own storage and are not uploaded anywhere.

No. The Application does not collect or use location information of any kind.

WorkDiary Pro is sold through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Apple processes the payment; the Service Provider never sees your name, payment card or billing address. The Application only asks Apple whether the Apple ID currently has an active purchase, and stores that yes/no answer on the device.

Daily reminders are scheduled locally on your device by iOS. Nothing is sent through a server and no notification content leaves your device. You can turn reminders off at any time in the Application's settings, or in iOS Settings.

No. The Application collects no information, contains no advertising, no analytics and no third-party trackers, so there is nothing to share with third parties.

You can delete any individual entry at any time. You can use Settings within the Application to permanently remove every entry older than a date you choose. You can also uninstall the Application using the standard process available on your device or through the app marketplace, which removes all of its data. Because nothing is stored on the Service Provider's servers, deleting on your device deletes it completely — there is no backup that can be restored for you.

The Application is a general-purpose productivity app and is not directed at, or used to knowingly solicit data from or market to, children under the age of 13.

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. The Service Provider encourages parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce this Policy. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personally identifiable information to the Service Provider through the Application, please contact the Service Provider (ankit.raj105@gmail.com) so that the necessary actions can be taken. You must also be at least 16 years of age to consent to the processing of your personally identifiable information in your country (in some countries a parent or guardian may do so on your behalf).

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. Because the Application collects no information and transmits nothing off your device, the security of your entries rests on your device's own protections — your passcode, Face ID or Touch ID, and device encryption.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by the Service Provider.
