This privacy policy applies to WorkDiary (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by Ankit Raj (hereby referred to as "Service Provider"). This service is intended for use "AS IS".

In short: WorkDiary does not collect your data. Everything you write stays on your device — and, if you turn on iCloud sync (WorkDiary Pro), in your own private iCloud account. There are no accounts, no analytics, and no advertising.

The Application does not obtain, transmit or receive any personal information. Registration is not required and there is no sign-in. The Service Provider does not operate a server that receives your diary content and has no way to read it. When iCloud sync is used, your diary goes to your own iCloud account, not to the Service Provider (see "iCloud sync" below).

The following is stored in the Application's private storage on your device and is never transmitted to the Service Provider or to any third party:

— Your entries: dates, work hours, descriptions, notes and next-day plans
— Categories you assign to entries
— Photos you attach
— PDF documents you attach
— Your reminder settings and goal progress

If iCloud Backup is enabled on your device, this data may be included in your own encrypted device backup. That backup belongs to you and is governed by Apple's privacy policy, not this one.

With WorkDiary Pro, the Application can keep a copy of your entries, photos and documents in your own private iCloud database using Apple's CloudKit, so your diary is backed up and appears on every iPhone and iPad signed in to your Apple ID. This data is stored in your iCloud account, under your Apple ID, and is governed by Apple's privacy policy. The Service Provider cannot access, read or delete it.
